Dot Mag Inspired Meal

Hello Everyone,

It definitely has been a minute since I posted any updates on my cooking blog, but I will definitely tell you it was worth the wait.  This evening I was on the phone with a friend and I inspired to create something new, so I  came up with my own fettuccine sauce.

Tonight's Dinner Recipes:

Fettuccine Sauce:

A.8oz box of cream cheese
B.1 cup chicken broth
C. garlic pepper seasoning
D.Italian Seasoning
E. 4 cloves garlic
F. Chicken Breast

Directions:
1. Use half of the cream cheese mix it in with the chicken broth and stir till it becomes smooth or you can smoother it out before you add it to the pot, add more chicken broth if the sauce is too thick till the desire texture you like.
2.  Add garlic pepper seasoning and Italian seasoning and  the diced 4 cloves garlic in the pot
3. cook the chicken breast, grill it or fry it whatever your preference is, but after its cooked cut them in pieces and add them to the sauce and mix.
3. stir occasionally for about 5 minutes till everything is smooth and add more of the garlic and Italian season if you want more of that taste
Let it simmer for 5-10 and low heat
4. to make more of the sauce just double up on the recipe
